Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DoneDock, a task automation platform operated by Xaion Labs, LLC. By accessing or using DoneDock, creating an account, connecting an integration, starting a workflow, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service

2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions triggered by your workflows, API keys, connected accounts, collaborators, and team members. You may not use DoneDock if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid plans, usage-based features, add-ons, credits, and subscription tiers may be billed through Stripe or another payment processor. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in an order form, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. User content and connected data
You retain ownership of the data, files, prompts, workflow definitions, instructions, outputs, and connected-account content you submit to DoneDock. You grant DoneDock a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service.
You represent that you have all permissions needed to connect third-party services and process the data you route through DoneDock. You are responsible for configuring workflows so they comply with law, third-party terms, privacy obligations, and your own policies.
Connecting an email account is optional. DoneDock currently supports Gmail and Outlook integrations. Provider availability and supported features may vary. Each connection is governed by the permissions you authorize for that provider.

DoneDock is not a provider of legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, insurance, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not use DoneDock as the sole basis for high-impact decisions without appropriate expert review and human oversight.
6. Third-party services
DoneDock connects with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, data handling, permissions, or actions taken by those providers. See our Third Party Terms page for provider policy links.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, harms DoneDock or another person, or could expose us or others to liability.
8. DoneDock property
DoneDock, including its software, interfaces, workflows, templates, documentation, designs, trademarks, APIs, and other materials, is owned by Xaion Labs, LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
10. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. If you use DoneDock as a business customer and DoneDock processes personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum may apply.
11. Disclaimers
DoneDock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xaion Labs, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to DoneDock for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using DoneDock at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access as permitted by these Terms.
